Even though this event has past, it is my hope that it becomes an annual event rather than a one timer. I believe Brandon Bond, an extraordinary tattoo artist, deserves this story for the work he does in the name of his love for dogs.
This past March he put on a benefit at the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas to benefit Villa Lobos, the largest pit bull rescue in the country and 100 percent of the proceeds will be going to this great cause. Villa Lobos counts on donations to stay up and running.
Brandon Bond is the owner of All or Nothing Tattoo and is well known for his great talent as a tattoo artist. Through his own personal experiences with his first pit bull, he has devoted his heart and time to this misunderstood breed, even acting as a foster parent to pit bulls waiting for good homes.
Part of his efforts included putting a film together – about dog fighting and the rescue efforts involved with removing these dogs from an awful lifestyle. Bond was part of the Michael Vick fighting dog rescue. Support what he is doing and visit the site. The soundtrack is currently available with all proceeds going to the rescue group.
Other activities included a celebrity poker tournament, a vegetarian meal prepared by famous chefs, a concert, ,and an art show.
